The International & Multicultural Student Services Office (IMSSO) and the CSP department are helping me put up a new program for international students at Arkansas Tech University. First Year Information (FYI) program will hold a series of workshops in spring, 2015 to provide international students with more information about services, resources, opportunities available on campus, such as academic expectations in American universities, time management skills, scholarship and budgeting, maintaining F-1 VISA status, career planning, etc. This will not only help our international students succeed but also benefit the institution on retention rate.
